CONSULTATION + CONCEPT:
$1,000 per Room / Area

Consultation (up to 2 hours of touring the space and reviewing design wants and needs)

Design Concept including:
-
Floor Plan with suggested sizing of furniture pieces. Provides a gameplan / direction for clients to implement.

Mood Board and Design Concept (including inspiration imagery, colors, materials, textures, etc) to guide the design direction.

Additional services are offered at a rate of $185 / hour:
-
FF&E selections - Procuring actual specifications/suggestions for furniture, rugs, lighting, art, accessories, etc.

Wall Elevations (if applicable)
-
Ceiling Details (if applicable)
-
Soft Goods: Window treatments, custom bedding
-
Finish Selections & Schedules for all interior elements, including but not limited to: Plumbing, Appliances, Cabinetry, Cabinetry Hardware, Countertops, Millwork & Doors, Lighting, Mirrors, Tile, Windows & Doors, Wall finishes (Wallpaper & Paint), etc.
*NOTE: A Consultation only is available for $350. Consultation includes instructions and suggestions for the space.
Allow up to 2 hours max.
FULL PROJECT DESIGN:
*Pricing determined by scope of work / project size / flat fee packages or hourly billing options.

This services applies for CREATING new construction projects, TRANSFORMING renovations and full scope FF&E / project ENHANCEMENTS.

DESIGN:
$185 / hour
A la carte services are driven by the client. Services include, but are not limited to the following:

Local shopping

Drawings, including floor plans and elevations for a custom design

Home staging & accessorizing

Photo shoot prep

Event procurement assistance
-
Assistance / Coordiantion in any phase of design, from background selections to furnishings.
